Shipping Addresses

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is delivered to that address, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.

  • If you wish to have the order sent to the correct address, a new order will need to be placed.


Delivery Confirmation and Missing Packages

  • If the carrier marks the order as delivered (including cases with photo or scan proof of delivery), but the package goes missing (e.g., due to theft or being misplaced), we are not liable for replacement or refund. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure and consider using package lockers or safe drop-off points when possible.


Lost Orders in Transit

  • If your order is lost in transit and there is no delivery confirmation or proof of delivery from the carrier, we will issue a replacement shipment once the expected shipping timeline has passed.
