1. Acceptance of TermsBy downloading, installing, or using Gridless: Survival Guide ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Hawk Nest Inc., a Canadian corporation.

1. Acceptance of TermsBy downloading, installing, or using Gridless: Survival Guide ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Hawk Nest Inc., a Canadian corporation.
2. Educational Purpose OnlyThe App provides educational content about survival skills, outdoor activities, disaster preparedness, and self-reliance. This content is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional training, medical advice, or emergency services. It is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. It is not intended to replace hands-on instruction from qualified professionals.
3. Assumption of RiskOUTDOOR ACTIVITIES, SURVIVAL SITUATIONS, AND THE APPLICATION OF SKILLS DESCRIBED IN THIS APP CARRY INHERENT RISKS, INCLUDING SERIOUS INJURY, ILLNESS, AND DEATH.By using this App, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are solely responsible for your own safety and decisions. You will not rely solely on this App in any emergency. You will always call emergency services (911) when facing a real emergency. You will verify all information with qualified sources before applying any techniques.
4. Plant Identification WarningThe App may contain information about plants, including edible and medicinal plants. Misidentification of plants can result in poisoning and death. We do not provide mushroom or fungi identification for edibility purposes.Always consult a qualified expert before consuming any wild plant. Never eat any plant you cannot identify with 100% certainty. Use multiple identification resources — never rely on a single source.

6. Account and EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
7. Subscription and PaymentsGridless offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.• Gridless Monthly — $9.99 USD/month (auto-renewing)• Gridless Yearly — $79.99 USD/year (auto-renewing)• Gridless Lifetime — $149.99 USD one-time purchase
Payment is charged to your App Store/Play Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play > Subscriptions (Android). Refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their respective refund policies.
8. In-App Currency ("Matches")Matches are a virtual currency earned through gameplay. Matches have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify the match economy at any time.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, images, text, quizzes, designs, and code in the App are the property of Hawk Nest Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without written permission.
10. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAWK NEST INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, ANY ACTION TAKEN BASED ON INFORMATION IN THE APP, ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE APPLICATION OF TECHNIQUES DESCRIBED IN THE APP, OR ANY ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN THE CONTENT.IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
